Estimated dose: .5 ml of the tinctures labeled 500 mg in the 30 ml bottle, or .25 ml of the tinctures labeled 500 mg CBD in the 15 ml bottle for every 75 lbs. of body weight. Use the graduated dropper and fill it to the proper mark. Start by taking this dose every 8 hours for two days. For example, if you weigh 150 lbs., your dose would be 1.0 ml of the 500 mg/30 ml tincture or 0.5 ml of the 500 mg/15 ml tincture. Thereafter, adjust the dose each time as symptoms indicate. It is ok to round up or down slightly each dose. The frequency should be adjusted according to results and time of day that the benefits are most needed.
Fill the dropper to the required dose. Swallow, lean your head back, open your mouth and position your tongue against the roof of your mouth. Place the tincture under your tongue by slowly squeezing the bulb, then close your mouth. Hold the tincture under your tongue and around your gums as long as comfortable. Cannabinoids are absorbed in the lining of your mouth and under your tongue, arriving in the bloodstream more efficiently than when passed through the digestive system, so no need to rush! Allowing the delicious liquids to stay longer in your mouth improves the absorption!
