Estimated dose: 1 gummy (15mg CBD) for every 75 lbs. of body weight. Start by taking this dose every 8 hours for two days.  For example, if you weigh 150 lbs., your dose would be 2 gummies.  Thereafter, adjust the number of gummies taken each time as symptoms indicate.  It is ok to round up or down and take only whole gummies each dose.  The frequency should be adjusted according to results and time of day that the benefits are most needed.
